CLIENT PHOTOS & COPYRIGHT

  • All photos taken by Sam’s Photography LLC remain the property of Sam’s Photography LLC, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.

  • Clients who have signed contracts grant usage rights as outlined in the agreement.

  • You may not copy, modify, sell, or exploit any content from this Site without express written permission.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By visiting this Site or sending emails to Sam’s Photography LLC, you consent to receive electronic communications. All agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
